With 18 years of experience in organizations such as Red Bull, IKEA and L'Oréal, Bárbara Santos works at the intersection of leadership, systemic awareness and human development.
A facilitator of Family and Organizational Constellations and a university lecturer, she walks with leaders as they become more conscious, more human and more free.
